“Room was super humid and the sheets almost felt damp from it. (it was hot/humid outside, too). No cold water from the bathrooms sink. Much smaller TV than other hotels offer. Big fridge was nice.”

“Location was fairly rundown and in need of a refresh. The door in my room had a crack, big enough that you could slip an entire book through not just a piece of paper. The showerhead was not on tight enough and was spraying water over top of the shower door and soak the floor in the bathroom. Additionally the refrigerator had somebody else’s food in it when I checked in.”

“It was an okay room, everything fine. Only problem I had is they wanted a deposit, and when I went to check out around 8:30 AM no one was in the office. I called and was told that no one would be in the office until 9:30 AM and I have to wait or return later for my deposit. Had to be at work by 9am.”

“Wonderful room with private entrance. Bed is super comfortable and shower is huge and beautiful. As much privacy as you want. We wanted to meet the dogs who are kept separate from guests unless you want to meet them. They were friendly and adorable. Dawn gave great advice on places to eat, shop, etc. Wish we could had stayed longer. Next time it will be a destination instead of a place to stay over on a longer trip. ”

“Absolutely gorgeous setting on a bluff overlooking the Arkansas River. Wonderfully relaxing. The balcony off the bedroom was probably my favorite part. Well worth the drive. Highly recommend”
