Beautiful 7 BD oceanfront house with a private pool located on the Golden Mile

THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY TO FAMILY GROUPS ONLY.

This 7 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom oceanfront home located in southern Myrtle Beach has been recently renovated and features a private pool and magnificent views of the ocean from all over the house. This 2 story home features a private pool, large patio & deck area, gas grill, private beach access with shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens, Wi-fi internet access, and beautiful views of the beach and ocean from many rooms and the upstairs balcony.

This property does not allow any pets, smoking indoors, motorcycles, student groups or ball teams, weddings, or rental to anyone other than family outings.


7 night minimum during the summer months and 3 night minimum during the non-summer months.


HOUSE LAYOUT
Note: You enter house from street side which is actually the 2nd floor.

1ST FLOOR (ground level): small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, double sinks and island with 4 bar stools; dining room table that seats 6; living room with 50" TV, couch & 2 chairs ; large bonus room with 50" TV, sofa & chairs, full size washer & dryer; bedroom w/ 1 king bed, TV and shares a bathroom with a bedroom w/ 2 queens beds & TV; bedroom w/ 1 double bed, TV that shares a bathroom with bedroom with a bunk bed w/ trundle (3 singles beds) and a TV.

2ND FLOOR (front door): large fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 2 dishwashers, sink, stove/oven, microwave and bar with 8 bar stools; dining room table that seats 8, living room with 50" TV, 2 couches and a chair; and 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and private bathroom in each, TV and private bathroom in each.


PRIVATE POOL
The pool can be heated during the months of March-May and September-November but only when the outside temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees (day or night). If you would like the pool heated when the low temperatures are below 55 degrees a $75 per day pool heating fee would be required to help offset the cost of the excessive gas heating bill.

Guests may park a maximum of 6 vehicles at the property which includes the two car garage and ample driveway parking space.

Good Property

Our stay was overall pretty good. My only issues were the very slow, unreliable WiFi and the plumbing fixtures in the bathrooms did not work well. Other than that, this is a great house. Plenty of space for our family of 13. Excellent location, very clean, great pool.

Ohio Family Vacation

We had a great week. This is our 2nd vacation at this house and it does not disappoint. Having a pool and being beachfront is awesome. Plenty of space for everyone. Only downfall was the ice makers on the 2 refrigerators were not working. We would not hesitate to book this property again. Being close to everything Myrtle has to offer is a bonus.

Beautiful views

The views from this home are spectacular. Well stocked. Close to shops/restaurants. Pool/beach area is lovely. Only complaint is the beds are very uncomfortable and in dire need of new mattresses. But everyone in the family really enjoyed the stay- probably our favorite property we've rented the years!

Location, Space, and View!

The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We all thought it was even nicer than the pictures. The highlight was the view, very nice pool and direct beach access. It is very big with lots of room for our 9 adults and 4 children. It is great for separate family groups with 2 full kitchens, 3 dishwashers, 2 sets of washer/dryers, different areas for seating. Having multiple king rooms with baths is such a luxury when there are multiple families. The beach was clean and not crowded. We loved it. Try Sea Captain's House a couple doors down.

Family Beach Vacation

This property was perfect for our family's annual trip. Plenty of beds/baths and open family space. The patios on both levels were so nice. And we always love a pool! Plus the beach was right there. We were so pleased with our stay.

Wonderful time

Had a wonderful stay. The place itself is in a super convenient location, close to everything and even closer to a really nice restaurant one block away. We walked to it for dinner one night. The view is great especially with the ocean right in front of us. It's like we had our own space of the beach too ourselves. The only gripes I would have is the bed I was in was a bit lop sided and the grill was extremely dirty the first night we tried to do a BBQ. These things didn't ruin our awesome vacation though. The place is extremely spacious, plenty of room for our guests of around 10 adults and 4 kids. Will definitely be trying to book this again next year/Holiday

Worth every penny!

A group of 14 guys booked this place and it was super spacious and in a great location near a ton of attractions. I’d recommend this place to anyone, we’re already planning our next golf outing here. 11/10.

Fun at the beach

Responsive property manager. Plenty of easy to get to parking. Very clean inside and out, including pool. Great space for our 12 member family. Covered balcony and patio, perfect spots for relaxing and watching kids in pool. Ocean view lovely. Walk to beach easy. Walkable area with a lot to see. Location could not be better.

The best location on the beach, wonderful property with a fabulous yard and view of the ocean. Any issues were immediately addressed by the property manager. Wifi needs an upgrade but this is vacation so not really an issue.

Lovely very expensive vacation

Loved the house. Had trouble with the WiFi and cable. It was corrected by day #4.Location remarkable. Skimpy on bath towels. Only one each. I need 2 towels, one for hair and one for body. Myrtle Beach has exorbitant taxes and fees. Wish it wasn’t so expensive so we could return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was just right for our family gathering of 9 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of room and the location was perfect. House was very clean and comfortable. The views of the sunrise and ocean were just breathtaking. Only suggestion is to put the house number on the house or garage as we were not sure of which house it was.

AMAZING!

You will not be disappointed. I have nothing to even think about saying negative about this property. The location was perfect. The house set up perfect. We already started talking about rebooking and we just left this morning. Everything was just as described. If you have small children there are gates outside and to the pool. There is a door to close at the top and bottom of the steps.
