“Nous avons été très déçus de cet hôtel. A notre arrivée tardive, on nous a attribué une chambre qui n'avait pas été faite. Nous avons du redescendre dans le noir avec nos bagages, traverser le parking peu éclairé pour que la personne de la réception nous attribue, sans s'excuser, une nouvelle chambre. Cette chambre n'était pas propre, moquette tachée, miroir brisé, impossible d'avoir de l'eau fraîche au robinet, volet intérieur très sale. Nous avons l'habitude de voyager, de prendre des hôtels……

“Beautiful and charming hotel in the heart of Fontainebleau. We booked the 2 bedroom suite and stayed with 2 adults 2 teens. There was lots of room for everyone. The main bedroom had 1 king and the second had 2 twin. The bathroom had a bathtub with a separate shower and a separate toilet room. We had a small balcony which was really cute as well! The hotel is across the street from the Chateau Fontainebleau and is surrounded by lots of cute restaurants and bakeries. Would definitely stay here……

However, the hotel should invest more in WiFi facility as it effectively not working (suppose WiFi included) and the drainage system (some strong smell in our first assigned room 603, changed to room 620… sink drainage pretty slow)."

"Next to metro station, room is clean. Both double bed and sofa bed are comfortable, air conditioning is strong enough for hot weather, only thing can be improved is the bathroom size is a bit small and there is a gap between the two doors. I feel safe when staying at this hotel."

"Firstly, I must say our family suite was spacious and spotless. The hotel's location was convenient for taking several different metro lines, though you need to spend 20 to 30 minutes to get to the center. You better expect it to be a service apartment rather than a hotel. 1. It did not provide daily room cleaning unless you booked 6 continuous nights, as the reception desk replied. 2. You needed to download an app for laundry and pay through the app. It was not difficult, but I expected an easier way. 3. No welcome amenities or snacks, not even one small water bottle. They provided a water machine and ice cubes on the ground floor, but the water machines failed for our three days. So far, it is a good and convenient hotel."
