“羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”

“Clean and decent room for our family of three. Nice and friendly staff. Very convenient location to explore Paris, as Chateau Les Halles Metro station (Exit 1) is just outside the hotel. Numerous dining options in the neighbourhood. Very close to the Westfield Mall.”

“L'immeuble présente des fissures et à terme risque de causer des accidents l'hôte ne délivre pas les factures et toutes mes demandes depuis le départ dans ce sens n'ont aucune réponse positive. le paiement effectué avant l'entrée en jouissance mais la facture ne peut être obtenue. Un dépôt de garantie de même montant que le prix de l'occupation a été exigé, payé à l'avance mais le remboursement fait problème, la plateforme générant simplement des réponses automatiques aux demandes de……

“Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.”

“No reception; though elevator is very new, it is on 1st floor, which means you need to carry luggage up 1 storey. The room itself is remarkable, functioning AC throughout, 2 toilets and 3 baths for a 2 double beds apartment(and 1 sofa bed), 2 TVs, dining table, cooking space, fridge, kettle and coffee machines, disc player, books, all essential cookwares, wash-dryer, steam iron, excessive hangers, and an extremely detail instruction book on every possible item and recommendation you could think……

“all good, except there was left over smell after cleaning (smell like detergent). I am sensitive on odour and need to open the balcony door overnight to clear the smell.”
