But a lot to improve on the service, clear information regarding check in and check out timings, daily room cleaning with bed sheet change and towels daily should be given to guest, cab/taxi assistance for guest during stay, don’t suddenly call the guest and ask them to check out on a sudden short time saying 24hrs check in and check out time, speak politely with guest, give clarity, allow a few hours of extension during check out, provide good drinking water daily in the room, talk and explain clearly when guests ask few questions regarding stay, food, taxi facility, alternate or extensions during check out due to an emergency etc. how u behave during check in behave the same during check out and help the guest with carrying luggage as you don’t have lift facility. Please improve on these points then I’m sure you will earn respect and money. Jai Jagganath "

"Hotel has no elevator, steps are high, no accessible room. I didn't stay there. I have to leave the hotel because my wife need accessible room and they dobt have a single room which ir accessible for a person with difficulty in mobility. I have arrived around 8:30 pm. I decided to leave immediately. Front desk manager said that if booking agent, expedia call them , they will return the money. Expedia states that they couldn't contact the hotel. I have contacted the hotel. They told that no one contacted them from expedia. Very tiring experience. "

"Bathrooms were moulded and was stinky. No basic amenities. The rooms were too small and no chairs, no shampoo, bedsheets were stained, no intercom working, no running hot water, single towel for two people and napkins were not available.It was showing free parking in app but no parking and the hotel name differ when compared to app. Over all unsatisfactory in many accepts."
