“Overall it was a good stay. The location is fabulous and the apartment was very cute. The host as really helpful even when we lockwd ourselves out, The place was pretty clean although we spotted a bug or two. My main comment is that I underestimated how much of a truly basement apartment this is. Complete w the musty smell. They did everything possible to dehumidify and filter the air but it was still quite musty. And there’s no real outdoor space w this unit which was disappointing. ”

Matthew and I had a couple early conversations to set the stage for the trip with the dog and he was very helpful. He was easy to get and got right back to me. “The house was spacious, very clean and attractively decorated. Probably one of the nicest rentals we've had. The walking path around the property was perfect for my 5yr olds bike. We had some trouble getting pool passes, but we're eventually let into the pool by some neighbors. ”
