“Upon arrival at 6:45 PM, was given key to a room that was never cleaned, still had trash & bedding not changed/made. Since it was only "suite" left, were given option to wait in regular 2 queen room while they cleaned the suite. They offered to take $20 off a non suite room, but that made no sense.”

“The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock.
And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card.
Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned.”
