“Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great. Didn’t have time to use fitness room or pool.”

“I wouldn’t know where to start to describe how bad my room was but I’ll try. Many marks in the walls and chipped paint. Stain running down wall. Stains in upholstery, not vacuumed properly. Found finger nail clippings on floor. A/C sounds louder that the drill my dentist uses. Toilet paper on opposite wall from toilet you will need octopus arms to reach it. Where the hand soap should be by the sink was a bottle of shampoo. Had to wait about 10 minutes for check in because no one was at……

“Riverbank Lodge was peaceful. It was great to have a bar and food right in the building. The rooms were great just could have used some hooks in the bathroom. Good stay.”

“The room was disgusting. Dirty floors and furniture, broken tiles and dirty bathroom, dirty walls, odor of bleach and chlorine so strong I couldn’t sleep. Laid on a small piece of the bed the first night, came back the next day at 5 and cancelled the next two nights. Room 209”
