"Staff was very attentive. Rooms were spotless. Hallways were loud. Breakfast was not that great. And breakfast room was loud and smooshed. However, I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it. "

"The room was very clean. Bathroom was new and clean. It’s an older hotel but well kept. The pool and hot tub was the main attraction for me. It was clean and felt wonderful at the end of the day. I definitely would stay again. All rooms are inside which is a plus."

"I have stayed at this Hyatt Place in Eden Prairie, MN a number of times, and each time it has been an excellent experience! This past Saturday I had a reservation at another brand hotel a mile away, which had a higher Expedia rating, and it was absolutely terrible! So, back to the Hyatt Place I came, and will from now on stay nowhere else! The room layout is ideal, the breakfast superb, the staff professional, and all the facilities pristine. Hreat work! "Staying in town on business, airport pickup was prompt and the hotel staff is most kind, professional and friendly. They will drive you within 5miles and Target, Trader Joe’s, several restaurants, hair salons are within 10-15 min walk. Continental breakfast is offered. Rooms are clean and quiet, highly recommend!"

"Room is large, beds were comfortable, but the couch was so big I needed to get two bed pillows to sit decent. So ditch the huge couch, get a couch that is comfortable and put a coffee table in the huge room. Otherwise room is good. One more thing, we did not use dishes but noticed there was dishes, silverware in dishwasher that didn’t look clean."
