"I called three times to confirm early check-in and got the virtual assistant and when transferred it said service provider is no longer available. We were never told there was a $40 charge for early check-in. Staff didn’t tell us where our room was or where there was an elevator. The beds were horrible!"

Thought we would use the pull out couch bed but it was pretty poor shape. Hardly any lighting and felt like a cave. Poor guy running the place was really nice and was really helpful."

"Not a good/healthy selection for breakfast (prepackaged, mini donuts, and honey buns.) The rooms were nice, and the beds were very comfortable! Reasonable price and a great place to sleep!"
