“Planned for my Birthday and it was amazing! Very quiet and serial. Beautiful view of the lake. The cabin itself was very clean but the decks could have been a bit cleaner, full of spider nests on the windows and chairs. All in all still worthy of a definite 5 star. Was very enjoyable!”

“The house was perfectly situated for me to explore areas in and around Hickory. Quick and easy 5 minute drive to Hickory Lake Park to walk my dog and ride my bike on the off-road trails. 20 minute drive to Bakers Park and Riverbend Park for more trail walking. House was pleasantly cooled with a/c, ceiling fans above the bed, and the mattress comfortable provided for a great nights sleep. ”

“This rental was just as described. It was very cute clean and cozy. The couple hosting the rental were very friendly and we enjoyed visiting the farm. Kevin, Hamlet and the dogs were fantastic. We came to town for a fundraiser and for the NASCAR race. We certainly could have stayed closer to Concord but this was a lovely place to stay and really not too far away. “Had a relaxing time at the Lake Front Cottege. It was so nice to wake up to see the lake every day & go kayaking when you wanted. Quiet neighbors & safe. Enjoyed patio fire at night. Clean kitchen. It has a you need in the kitchen. Has pillows& bed linens. We brought our own towels. Had dish soap, etc. Nice stay. Host was respectful & helpful”
