"We had a lovely stay at the Ko’Olina beach club resort! We ended up with an ocean/resort view room instead of Mountain View. We enjoyed the various fitness classes offered, such as yoga, water aerobics, boot camp, and more. There were several large pools for lounging or swimming, including one with a water slide. It was a bit of a challenge to find a lounge chair around the pools and/or umbrella at times, but we eventually managed. There are plenty of lounge chairs at the beach, but be aware that sun umbrellas and beach tents (even for infants) are not allowed. There were covered lounge chairs that could be rented for approx 100/day. There’s also a small store with some medications and snacks, along with tourist merchandise. We found the staff throughout the resort very attentive, helpful, and kind. We had a full kitchen, including a full sized fridge with ice maker. There’s also a filtered water station in the lobby as well. Be aware that grocery shopping in Hawaii in general is very costly, but there were several grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater, etc within 15min drive. Ko’Olina is centrally located along the west side, making day trips off the resort to either the north shore or the south shore very doable. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property!"

As some information and descriptions of the property did not match the VRBO listing, the property exceeded our expectations. The gem is nestled in Ko Olina, Oahu on a big property filled with pools, hot tubs; plus beach and lagoon access. This beautiful place is stylishly designed and thoghtfully family friendly. I cannot speak enough about the staff and their attentive attention to details our ENTIRE trip. My mother has ADA needs and all provisions that could be made, were extended. "The communication leading up to the visit was not the greatest. There was quite a delay in response to questions and no enthusiasm. During the visit, they checked in via VRBO app messages and seemed a bit more enthusiastic, which was nice. The home was very clean and had a lot of extra towels, not many extra blankets so keep that in mind. There’s a few boogie boards, beach mats, yoga mats, beach chairs, a cooler, scuba gear, and sand toys in the garage which is awesome! Dishes and all necessary items in kitchen, which is also very convenient. Also are some baby items like a baby bath, booster seat pack and play. Anyone being sent over deserves a heads up. It caught us off guard when a stranger shows up saying he needed to change batteries on front door. Made me feel uneasy and it was an unplanned interruption.Suggestions: make clear to use the door for code provided at check in, not the lock box, was confusing. **make guests aware of maintenance visits, make guests aware of camera on back patio (as well as front door) ** Be sure you follow rules about garbage, placing remotes back in their spots, all things turned off to avoid being fined. Basically have house in mint condition (like we left it) or plan on getting fined.be sure to wear clothing on back patio unless you want to be on camera. My husband noticed it after I stepped out there in my sports bra.. super awkward. "

"The property is beautiful. We had the best time at the lagoons, the pool, and attending the activities at the Marriott Ko Olina. Our room was great. Fit a family of 7 comfortably. Nice kitchen, and all the supplies you need for cooking. We had the best time. Two things up! "

"I recently stayed for a few days at KoOlina Resort, conveniently close to my family in Ewa Beach. The upside: clean hotel-type room with nice ocean views, kitchenette; no street traffic; great pools & work-out facility, as well as a store & coffee bar. I really appreciated the recycling bins on each floor! A few caveats: expect regular passenger jet noise as this property is in the landing pattern for HNL; plan trips off-campus in advance, geared to the freeway rush-hour situation; and, there is no wheelchair scooter rental concession on-site, so plan for that as a separate pick-up/drop-off in Honolulu. Other than that, great place to stay!"
