“They were so accommodating at Tropical Villas. As part of your stay you had beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, coffee pods, sand sifter, beach towels (all in your villa). On-site you have access to use bicycles and washer n dryer at no extra charge. The Elite Villa we stayed in had direct access to the enclosed bug free pool. Our room was extremly clean and reminiscent of old school Florida cottage. The grounds were lush and they even had a sweet little wild brown bunny who wondered around……

“We had a great time! It was in an area with lots to do for older teens and adults. Shopping, restaurants were close. Communication with property manager was top notch. Easy check in and check out. Not much to do as far as check out. The only negative was noise from the highway but not too bad.”

“My wife and I spent four days at the Gull. The location is excellent. Just around the corner and you are on the beach. Just one block walk and you are in Siesta Key old town eating and shopping. The air conditioning is a little different. Utilizing widow units and portable units. The portable unit’s exhaust air causing the bungalow to be in a huge negative. “We were on a 2 week vacation to relax and rest. Our stay at Octopus Gardens did not disappoint!! Location was minutes from downtown, beaches and shopping!!! Easy drive from airport. The pool and hot tub were a treat if wanted to lounge around, grill and enjoy adult beverages. House was clean and provided all the comforts of being in your own home. We found the property to clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the AC worked well and the exterior was well lighted at night.”

“There is nothing I can say more about this place. It was absolutely beautiful. It was very well instructed for check in and check out, restaurants that are top favorites, the decor inside was extremely gorgeous. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of outback space to sit and relax. There is beach ready wagons and chairs if you didn’t bring yours.
