“The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies and the bed in the loft is comfortable. Make sure you read all the instructions carefully before arriving. Maps will not take you to the correct location and you won’t have service upon arrival. We arrived after dark so finding the Nook was a little confusing. Overall we had a great stay! ”

“If you want quiet and beauty, this is the place to go. We were a group of 8 senior citizens. We had a medical issue and the host was so accommodating. Highly recommend Forest Haven. 10 out of 10!!”

“We frequent Lake Whatcom often, but needed a place to have family stop in and enjoy a day with us over a few day period to celebrate a couple of our kids accomplishments. The ample parking and huge yard on the water worked perfectly for us. The dock allowed us to keep our water toys on standby for whenever someone felt the need to enjoy the water. The yard size allowed us to have yard games, seating, and food service with plenty to spare. The fire pit area was great for after the sun went down....

“We really liked this place, very cozy. Happy to find the place did get nicely warm. I had asked about firewood, property manager kindly left a several wood logs to use. Would def come back and recommended to friends.”

“The cabin was clean and just as shown in the pictures. We stayed 3 nights and loved the outdoor area and hot tub. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a rental in the area. ”

“Beautiful property. House stacked with many activities to keep us busy. Marcel did not list the common areas which only members can use. Was disappointed but again it was NOT advertised for use. I would totally recommend this to others who want to be at the archway to baker.”

“Everything was perfect! renovated house, clean, has everything you need to cook and of course the hot tub was working and decorated our weekend. The price is adequate. I can only recommend to all friends and acquaintances.”
