“Fantastic pool and outdoor area. Room was pretty good but the ‘garden view’ room looked out to the main road and was very noisy. Pool view rooms or those at the rear of the property would be a far better choice.”

“The property doesn’t have staff available 24/7. I checked in around 2pm, if you check in after 5 there’s an after hours procedure but unsure what it is. I didn’t have a physical card on me during check in. The only alternative option was to give card numbers for them to type into a machine. The room was a decent size and in the main clean with the exception of a teapot that was full of dead ants. The washer dryer was brilliant. The main pool is being renovated and my room directly led……
