“The property doesn’t have staff available 24/7. I checked in around 2pm, if you check in after 5 there’s an after hours procedure but unsure what it is. I didn’t have a physical card on me during check in. The only alternative option was to give card numbers for them to type into a machine. The room was a decent size and in the main clean with the exception of a teapot that was full of dead ants. The washer dryer was brilliant. The main pool is being renovated and my room directly led……
