“Great location, clean facilities.”

“The only concern that I had was parking. I paid $121 to park on the right side of the building for 3 days but on day 2 the parking lot was full, so I went to additional parking in the same lot but the worker said they were 2 different parking lots and I would have to move my care once a spot became available or pay again. I also didn’t feel like we were in a safe area. There was a great amount of loitering in the parking lot and especially in front of the building. But as far as the Condo it……

“Good condo. Convenient location. Air conditioning is building controlled for the bedrooms. We couldn't cool the bedrooms,except by opening the windows, and there are two other cooling units which are fixed in place (one is quite noisy). They have to be run continuously and they slowly bring the temperature down over many hours. Kitchen is lovely and well appointed with kitchen and dining stuff.”

“The property itself was very nice. Downtown. Parking was questionable. There’s a lot right behind the building but we were quickly told not to park there unless we wanted our car broken into. There’s a small parking garage not far past the lot. My biggest complaint is there is no central heating/cooling. The temperature is controlled by the building itself. When we got to our room it was very warm/stale air. There’s a ceiling fan in the living room & a small one in the bedroom. Although the……

“As a full-time caregiver for an aging parent, occasionally I need a break to recharge. This property provided the in-town respite that I needed. That screened in terrace balcony gave me life! Fran was a gracious, communicative hostess who answered my many questions quickly and politely. The on-site concierge was a wonderful safety feature.”

“This unit is very close to the large conference hotels; about a 4 minute walk to the Hilton. The building is older and in need of some repairs but the unit itself is in great shape with newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. All the furniture was new in good shape and Beds were very comfortable. Unit was clean All the appliances were in great working condition plenty of dishes spoons forks cooking knives and utensils etc. no real cooking ingredients if you want to cook in the unit though only……

“This was a great location for wanting to be near the Mercedes Benz stadium and all things downtown. The parking was easy and nice to have since parking can get expensive. My only notes are to mention that the building itself seems as though it’s under renovation so it didn’t look wonderful as we pulled up (large dumpster in the front of the entrance) but the unit itself was exactly as pictured. Lastly, the air conditioner didn’t work in one of the bedrooms/living room so it was a bit warm when……

“The property is located just a short distance from the MARTA and restaurants. The checkin process was great. The apartment needs some work starting with a good cleaning. The bathtub had mold and the shower head leaked from all connections. I had to put a towel across the top of it so it wouldn’t spray all over the bathroom. It would be a great apartment aside from the things I mentioned.”

“When we arrived at the property there were dirty dishes in the sink and the dishwasher had not been run. When we used the sink, there was a rusted bottle cap stuck in the garbage disposal blades that we had to dig out to get the garbage disposal to run so the water would drain in the sink. There also was no water or ice connected in the refrigerator. We talked to Julius and he said that he had to rush the cleaners out because we had arrived. We actually arrived 2 hours past the check in time.……
