“Great location and the beach was beautiful. Very easy to dock the boat and get in and out. Calvin was very accommodating and helpful. We had to extend our stay due to weather and not being able to make the crossing in the boat back to Florida and it was not a problem.”

“A great location. The beach is off the patio. Fabulous seating area on the dune. Clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a no frills location with a great AC, StarLink, new appliances, gas grill and large televisions. This is your place. Nick is a great, responsive and helpful host. Most days we didn’t see more than ten people on miles of beach. ”

“Our trip was in February 2025: The weather was sunny with highs around 78 and a slight breeze... perfect! The Villa was very clean and orderly. The king bed was comfortable. “The house was very clean and has been renovated. The area was very quiet and relaxing. Coin laundry is right next door (don't bring a roll of quarters because you have to buy tokens). “Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The owner was very responsive when we had a small water issue after check in. The problem was fixed quickly and we had a wonderful stay.
