“It's in a very central location in North Conway, right with all the outlet stores. The rooms are large, two queen beds and a twin sofa sleeper. Just a couple complaints. First, the air conditioner was not working so we called maintenance and they came right up to fix it, come to find out they didn't fix it. We had a very warm first night. The next morning we called maintenance again and this time they were able to fix it after waiting hours and talking to the front deck twice. We went down to……

“We stayed in the serenity suite. Exceptional experience. Each part of the process was easy. This was a very great choice for us as a couple looking to get away. The suite came with a living room, kitchen, and two full bathrooms. It was beyond what I had expected. We will be coming back in summertime.”
