The facility is very run down and has not been maintained. The pool was not clean. The common areas had trash at the entrance that was not cleaned up the whole time we were there. The toilet in our room was not stable. The shower had mold, the tiles were about to fall off and it took two hand as to turn the water on. The room had a layer of dust on the baseboard and under the bed showing it was not properly cleaned for a long time. The carpets un the common hall ways were ripped and black with soot. There was a large whole in the ceiling at the main desk and cold air was lowing in. It's sad they do not care to maintain the prperty as it is on a premium location.

The staff was very friendly, animal lovers. They had dog treats for the pups. Nice property. Rooms were fine but old, bed not the most comfortable. Unfortunately I booked this place specifically for the hot tub, which is apparently completely out of service (burst pipe) even though it is listed, and then I was charged an unexpected $20 “resort fee” on top of it. My room smelled strongly of marijuana when I arrived. Breakfast was good.

Room was clean, tv was not working, hot tub was broken, pool was dirty no one was in it. Said they were going to fix tv said there was no one on duty but we paid 60.00 condo fees which means someone should have been there at all times never go back there again never recommend it to anybody it is far from a five star. Other guests that were there also complaining

The room was very clean, beds weren't too uncomfortable. The place just needs some cosmetic updates, the pool is a little rough but it was clean. The property setting is nice and quiet. I would stay here again.

The hotel was not clean. the hot tub was broken, the pool was very dirty where we could not use it. Rust in the tub. The handles on the tub were extremely hard to turn on. Was unable to turn on. We booked a Mountain View room and we got a first floor garden view overlooking a dead garden. Our room did not have a deadbolt because it looked like it was kicked in. We went to the front desk to address our concerns and try to get a refund or change rooms and the front desk receptionist was of no help she refused to help us at all and told us to go through Expedia for a refund. the only good thing about this hotel is that it was close to where we wanted to go. We would like a refund from Expedia. This was one of the WORST hotels we have ever stayed in. We felt very unsafe at this hotel.

We checked the property way before our check in time and we are glad we did. Because when we finally arrived at 7pm we couldn’t see a thing outside. The are NO lights. Yes, there are some poles with bulbs here and there but they barely function. Had to use our phones flashlights to find the way from the parking into the building. Later looked outside from our balcony- complete darkness. Can’t believe they call it a resort.
