“King Hotel Palmerston was a great choice for our stay. The room was simple, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was quiet, which made for a good night’s sleep, and the location was convenient for our softball tournament. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay, I’d definitely recommend it.”

“Can't see the lines on parking lot. Should be posted as to when quiet time is, and inforced. Instructions for TV Remote. No pop machine or snack machine We will not be staying there again. Looks very old, and it is.”

“Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The owners were helpful and gave clear directions. Parking was great, close to the house and away from the road. Breakfast was good, and well stocked. We did not get to meet any staff during our stay but did run into a couple of pleasant fellow travelers.”

“This was an absolutely beautiful property and the accomodations were excellent. Spotless. The breakfast was way beyond my expectations. Mushroom and cheese omelette, with garnishes, yogurt, bread, cookies and excellent coffee. Lovely hosts!”

“The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. I had one of the budget rooms and was still trated like royalty. The room was spartan, but beautifully decorated and there was obvious care taken in how the room was laid out. Should I find myself in Stratford again I will certainly stay here again, only I would splurge a little on a larger room next time knowing that it would be well worth it. Excellent job!”
