"Rather disappointing as we are regular users of this hotel. The grouting in the bathroom particularly armour the shower controls was very black mouldy and needed urgent attention, this was not the standard we have seen in the past."

"We had a lovely stay, the cottage was very clean and tidy, super cosy, the bed and bedding were very comfortable. We had everything we needed there for a short stay. Would definitely go back."
