"Our family really enjoyed staying at this house. It’s in a great location close to the store, restaurants and shops. There is easy access to Providence and surrounding areas. The house is clean, nicely furnished and with good updates. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here!"

"The home is beautiful and in a wonderful walking neighborhood (Oak Bakeshop on Cypress is an easy walk for your morning coffee and delicious pastries), well equipped for a comfortable stay and close to everything. Daniel, the owner, was very responsive to any inquiry and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and will definitely try to stay here on future trips to RI. You will NOT be disappointed!"

"The place was good overall. It may be old but everything worked properly (fridge, kitchen sink, shower, toilet, tv, lights, wifi, AC). The linens were clean and the beds were really comfortable. Only real complaint was that the floors didn't feel super clean. Otherwise, it was a good place for our 8 people to sleep and hang out. Located close to downtown core and the nightlife districts so location was good, but you definitely want to lock your car and the front door at night. I'd say it was a...

"We were only there for 3-nights but this is a nice property We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"The mattress was very soft and low and was not good for elderly person. Hard to move in and get out of. Also the bed frames legs were out to far and stubbed toes several times on them at night. The toilet was stuck in a corner and not very spacious. Not good for a big or tall person. Needs a toilet seat with a bigger opening. Now the worst thing was the front storm door. It is hard to keep open and the stops didn't work to keep it open. Had to really fight to get in the house when bringing stuff...

"This was a lovely little home in a quiet neighborhood that allowed us easy access to the highway for our daily adventures. The host was fabulous! We would definitely choose to stay there again if we ever return to the Boston area."

"This was one of the rare properties where the actual experience and reality meets & in fact beats the marketing perception projected. An excellent home perfect for a large family/group. Very clean and beautifully furnished & decorated. The views of the coastline were great as were the provisions for outdoor activities. A pool table was a nice touch for days not conducive for outdoor active. Its location was safe, quiet and easily accessible to Boston. A gem!"
