Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and complimentary wireless internet access. 3 cable TVs including two smart TVs and one TV with a built-in DVD. Washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. The exterior offers a covered deck. The Boyette pool is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos. The non-heated Boyette Condo Pool is open from April 15 through mid-October. Outdoor open COLD shower at poolside. Shared charcoal grills are available. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. Limit of 2 vehicles. Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at the time of booking. Can’t stay an entire week?
