“We came in town for a K-State football game. It had been years since we had been in town. We loved this little house. It was a short drive to down town Manhattan or the stadium, but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were next door if you needed anything. Our 7 year old called it the Cowboy Hotel and loved the decor. We will definitely check this house out again when we come back to town!!!”

“Conveniently located to Manhattan city center and K-State campus. The house was perfect for our group of 4 for the weekend. It is always nice to have a whole house to ourselves instead of a noisy hotel. We especially loved sitting on the front porch enjoying morning coffee. The little extras of provided coffee, bottled water and pastries was very much appreciated. Rachelle was a gracious host. Highly recommend. ”
