“Everything was great for the price, but there were no functional mechanical locks on the room door, the bedding was uncomfortable, and the shower needed replaced; I did not feel comfortable enough to use it.”

From broken toilet to not having a sofa bed as requested to non working tv. The past trip was told to step out of line while they checked others in. So after a 9 hour drive with a 4 year old who was tired and hungry, we sat and watched 11 others check in before finally getting a room. ”
