“The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5.”

The house had everything we needed to host our son and some of his friends for a barbecue. So many details that could be missed were all there! “Our visit was for graduation weekend at K-State. The whole house was so lovely! It was decorated expertly with beautiful florals and nature themed accents. Maybe that's not important to some potential guests, but let me share that after a very hectic graduation day and then loading a moving trailer, it was wonderful to come 'home' to such relaxing surroundings!! The beds were extremely comfortable!! (Even a king sized in one room) I was originally concerned about only one bathroom, but we made……

“Convenient location for adventures at KSU as well as in and around Manhattan.Very accommodating and responsive host.Several fun amenities, i.e. hot tub, game room, etc.”

“Jason is wonderful to work with before during and after your stay. I had a couple of issues while booking and he went above and beyond to make sure things ran smooth. Checked on us a couple of times through our stay and was extremely available and helpful at each turn of all processes. The property is beautiful and well kept, comfortable and private. ”
