"Room was very clean, door know lose :( , and key had to get reprogrammed. staff very courteous, they tried their best, it felt like new management is trying to improve the general experience. Rear door by the pool didn’t work, rear parking has no direct access through the hotel. I will return to confirm that their hard work paid back…"

"Room was clean and nice shower. Comfortable bed and soft sheets. Room needed a new window shade to keep light out. Employee was a real stickler for breakfast starting at 7 and not a minute early."

"Lady who was there when I arrived was in the lobby on her phone while I stood at the counter waiting on her. I asked for a high floor she said no which I was okay with. The room I got was not clean. Stains on the chair, smell of dog, and the sofa looked like a dog had been scratching and chewing on it. I went back down to as for a different room and in the beginning she said she didn’t have any. At that point I’m guessing she thinks I’m lying cause I asked for a high floor. When I asked when the manager would be in is when she tried to give me a different room. That room wasn’t better. I went to the store to get cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. Very disappointed with this hotel and the staff."
