"Very clean and staff were great about cleaning room as soon as we left with dog each day. I do think charging $30 to check in 2 hours early was a bit ridiculous. If the rooms are clean and ready, why not check guests in and reduce back log at posted time??"

"Breakfast was great, and it included eggs, bacon, assorted toasts and muffins, cereals, coffee, juices, and hot chocolate. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The gym was small with some equipment, but if you just need the basics, it's perfect. Would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"Overall, it was a great stay. However, the staff did not see my note requesting to be close to the front lobby because I was traveling with an elderly parent. I would suggest calling the hotel if you have a request. The breakfast was very good. "

"Shuttle running on Friday and Saturday is really helpful. Front Desk staff is kind and helpful. The one thing I will share is that the cleanliness wasn’t the best. There was a stink bug on the wall and you could see the marks on the mirror from a previous guests. Breakfast options are nice; pancakes, waffles, yogurt, juice, coffee, eggs, bagels, muffins, and fruit. Good hotel for quick stays. "

"We were in the same building as the pool, so there was a smell of chlorine in our room. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear a neighboring room. Other than the smell, the room was clean, the staff was excellent and helpful. "

"First off the young lady working Saturday when we checked in was amazing. Unfortunately the room was anything but. The door was impossible to unlock and took both of us to do it. Also the door could be opened a bit even without unlocking it. The room was clean, nothing fancy. Also the back entrance door lock seemed to not work and there were extension cords in the stairwell for the lamps. "

"I was very surprised at the upkeep off the property and room, it was poor condition. Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. There was hair that did not even belong to me on the floor when we got into our room on the bathroom floor, very discouraging to make myself comfortable in the room. I was very upset and disappointed as this was suppose to be a Hyatt hotel. I was shocked at the condition of the rooms. "
