Great place to stay

We stayed for my granddaughters 13th birthday with family & friends! The home was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely recommend! The owner was very responsive before and during our stay!!

Beautiful home

The home was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Mr Kenny was always available when I needed to reach him. The only downside was there weren’t enough pots and pans for such a large group. Also, you have to bring additional items i.e. dishwashing liquid, extra paper towels, and trash bags. Overall I would definitely stay again in one of his properties.

Nice area

They House was nice but the house was limited on cookware. Hardly any actually. There wasn’t enough bath towels to accommodate everyone on our group. Other than that it was pleasant and comfortable. We would stay again if we came back.

Great Place for Family Reunion and Disneyworld

This was a great property for our family reunion. The property was exactly as pictured and very clean. The rooms were well-appointed with a lot of bathrooms and room for everyone. The kids loved the game room. We easily were able to access Disneyworld and Universal Studios from the rental with our rental car. We also had a chance to spend the day at the pool/lazy river/country club across the street which was a gem in itself. It was definitely a great place to relax and unwind away from the theme parks. We also were able to swim in the house pool which was also very clean and well-maintained. Some tips if you plan to visit for a week: bring your own toilet paper and paper towels as there is only 1 roll per bathroom supplied. Also, if you plan to cook, the kitchen was well appointed with plates, utensils and cookware but bring your own spices, salt/pepper, oil as the kitchen did not have these. We would highly recommend renting this property and would stay again. Kenny was great and responded to our questions quickly. Thank you again for renting your lovely home to us!

Great home for a multi-family vacation

This house was perfect for our multi-family Disney vacation. We did have to call security one evening because of loud music coming from the house next doo one night. We tried to call again when they turned the music back up at 4am but discovered the security number only works until 3am. One suggestion would be there needs to be a window covering, or blinds, added to the downstairs bathroom next to the bunk room. It is a high window but the neighbors upstairs window looks directly into that bathroom. Once we noticed this, we did not feel comfortable using that bathroom. We also noticed the toilet in the bathroom upstairs shared by rooms 7 & 8 (I believe) flushes very slowly. Other than that, everything was great!

Family Christmas Vacation to Disney 2023

What a great trip to Florida for our family Disney vacation. The house was just as listed. Very comfortable. Had plenty of bedding, towels, and kitchenware. We did not need to go out and purchase anything for the house. There were some slight problems with the upstairs bathroom outlets not working. Not sure why. The only thing we missed was a Christmas tree could have been put up since it was Christmas. Would have been a very nice touch. No problems checking in. Plenty of rooms for our large family. The pool was heated. Lots of parking. Location to all the parks and enmities were good. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed it immensely. Very good pricing on property. Way to go VRBO in listing this property for our stay. Thanks to Kenny for directly communicating all necessary directions. Thanks again for allowing us to book this property for our Christmas vacation. Will be sure to do it again! Lourie

Convenient and plenty of room

We came to Orlando on a school field trip to Disney. This house gave us a more affordable option for the students. There were 9 bdrms with baths. The bedrooms are numbered so its easy to assign groups to rooms. The grounds were well kept. When we were at the house, there was plenty for the students to do without me having to entertain them. Would rent here again!

Short golf trip

The house was perfect for the 8 of us. We were down for a short golf trip and the house was perfect. The pool and hot tub were the perfect relaxation after a round of golf. Easy communication with the owner, clean and beds we're comfortable. Definitely staying again next year!

Family Vacation

My extended family of 15 stayed at the property for the week of Thanksgiving. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, as well as pots/pans. There were 2 refrigerators which worked out perfect as we bought a lot of groceries for the week. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, as were the bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good condition. We also used the pool table and air hockey tables, both of which worked great. During our stay, one of the smoke detector batteries was running low, and started to beep. I contacted the owner and he sent someone over to replace it that day. They were quick to respond and fix the problem, which was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying at this property, and would rent again in the future.

The overall home accommodated everyone. Lacking some cleanliness, maintenance.

Enjoyed the 3 night stay. Maintenance team need to fix the refrigerator freezer and other little things. They need to spray in the kitchen for insects. Rug in the bathroom downstairs were dirty. The checking/checkout process were great. The home accommodated everyone. I would rent this home again.

The house is in fair condition, not very clean. We where charged for the use of the Grill but upon receiving our check in materials where told no grill was available call this # to rent one. We where charged for heating the pool but neither the pool or the hot tub was even warm nor did the hot tub get warm let alone hot after letting it run for an hour. This the most poorly equipped Kitchen I have ever seen at a VRBO we have been doing Vrbo's for years, 3rd one in 21'. They don't supply Dishwasher soap, more than 2 garbage bags ,1/2 roll paper towels etc... The air hockey table is broke, the foss ball table is in such bad repair its useless, the pool table is not level, I could keep going but why bother its very obvious the owners don't care about presenting a quality stay. ALSO and most disturbing this house is located in the house party capital of Kissimmee the partys going on at the houses on either side where absolutely ridiculous one till 3 am in the morning, I am so glad this was a work related stay and that I did not have my wife and kids here.
