Sunset View enjoys lovely open views over water, where birds can often be seen swimming or enjoying the sun. Sit in our super comfy furniture on the private pool deck area and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. This spacious fully air conditioned home is furnished with stylish comfortable décor. Newly installed vinyl plank floor to all ground floor bedrooms and upstairs loft area.
Bedrooms comprise of a USA king Master Suite at the rear and a Queen Room to the front with adjacent shower room – both on the ground floor. Upstairs the remaining bedrooms comprise 2 king ensuite rooms, 1 king jack and Jill ensuite, 1 twin jack and Jill ensuite and two twin rooms with adjacent shower room. The 2 spacious living areas comprise of a Family Room with spacious sitting/tv area - open to the kitchen and dining area, with views over the spacious pool deck with pool and spa and water views. Upstairs is a second sitting room, with comfortable sitting area with a poker table and gaming area. There are traditional board games as well as x-box and large TV.
There is a fully air conditioned games room with foosball, air hockey and slate bed full size pool table for all the family to enjoy.
Your private large covered pool area offers a large pool, which can be heated on request, and has a spa tub with waterfall feature. If it gets too warm there is a large covered lanai with fans to keep you cool. There is plenty of very comfortable seating outside and loungers for you to make the most of the area at any time of day. Doors to the pool are alarmed, there is a pool fence if required. Newly installed handrails allow for easy access to pool and spa. The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost of $40 per night, during warmer months spa heat only is available at $20 per night - you can add this after booking.
Our home is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and our beds extremely comfortable - just what you need after a hard day at the parks - with luxury bedlinen and plenty of towels, including pool towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking up a feast or a snack
Babies have their own cot and eating utensils and there is a high chair, baby monitor and stair gates. ( 2 cribs available)
Lots of little extras make our home from home special such as Hairdryer in every bathroom, music system in the games room with blue tooth capability, and comprehensive TV channels. Wi fi is fast and secure and Free in our home. USA Calls are Free
Our wonderful management company, based close by, is on hand should any issues arise during your stay

The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry pool It has a lazy river and a dedicated kiddie area with slide. There are umbrellas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting areas for when the sun gets too warm. There is a snack bar with fabulous seating area, with cooling fans in the warm weather and fireplace for cooler times. There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and also a volley ball court. There is also a games room with fun for all ages - all this within a few minutes walk of our home and included in your rental rates.
The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the 192 and about 15 minutes to Disney, 30 to SeaWorld and about 40 to Universal depending on traffic. There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes drive, as well as Restaurants and Pizza places - on the 192 and route 27

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
CAR PARKING - up to 5 cars allowed on community - there is a $20 per car fee payable on arrival for Car pass for entry during your stay.
There is a Gas BBQ available for additional cost, $75 plus tax, cost includes Gas bottle (one per stay, guests to replenish if more needed) Guests are asked to leave in a clean condition
Pet friendly -We allow pets up to 2 dogs by arrangement (additional fee $100 per stay)
Damage Protection –The $49 charge listed as Property Fee on your booking/quote covers up to $1500 damage protection coverage for the rental property.
VRBO apply a $250 security deposit hold against any additional cleaning or damages not covered.
Check in Time is 5 pm and check out 10 am - if you would like to request the availability of an earlier or later check out, additional charge may apply
