My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Clean place Pool was nice at the unit and the main pool. Make sure to bring anything extra you might need —salt, pepper, extra paper towels or toilet paper. There was nothing extra

Very disappointed

Property not as expected from listing. Outdated and very used furniture. Pool cage was damaged- bugs were everywhere, pool not clean, and heater did not work. Only one bunkbed set - no 2 as shown. Wouldn’t stay here again. Overall very Disappointed.

Poor Management

The only positives I have are the property has plenty of space, and the master bed was comfortable. Other than that, the place was infested with millipedes. They were on the walls, ceiling, any towls or clothes on the floor. They would get in them. I contacted management on the second day of my 11 nights stay, and was assured the correct people were informed. No one ever came to address the problem. I booked this property for just myself only to have my own private pool to enjoy, but was unable to use it once! The pool had mounds of dirt and debris built up, as well as, and i am not exaggerating, roughly 100 millipedes scattered through the botyom. As well as some lizards, and even a snake. The home had multiple issues with the air conditioning unit. When someone did come by to fix a faulty wire in the ac unit, he said the inside walls were the unit is kept were caked with dirt. There are no baking pans as well, and all the glassware was dirty. The first thing i did upon check in, unfortunately was dishes, because they were gross. The location of the property is devent. Though Champions Gate is a mess in the mornings. The home is large and has potential, but the company managing it is a nightmare. Would not recommend unless you enjoy waking up with millipedes in your bed. Lol
