The first floor features a king suite with a private bathroom, along with a games area including a pool table and foosball table for hours of indoor fun. Upstairs, eight additional bedrooms accommodate everyone comfortably, including custom rooms for kids: a Star Wars suite, a Mickey-custom room, a Harry Potter room, and a Monsters Inc. room, plus queen and full bedrooms for adults.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a breakfast island, and a formal dining area—perfect for preparing and sharing meals. Outside, the private screened-in pool with child safety fence, sun loungers, and outdoor patio furniture creates the ideal space to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

A Great Location and A Well Worn House

We had a good stay with 11 of us at this house. It has plenty of room, a nice open first floor, and the pool backs up to a field. There was significant wear and tear in the house including broken or missing furniture. A smoker smell took a few days to wear off and the evidence of previous guests smoking indoors was obvious (missing smoke detector in a bedroom - which was remedied when we complained). There were only 2 kitchen stools, and one was broken and unusable. There were also missing parts on the foosball table and spray paint cans around the pool area. There is also nowhere to place shampoo or soap in any of the showers. This is a builders grade (at best) house that has been well used. On the positive the pool was nice, the kicthen has dozens of dishes, cups, sliver, etc. It was all just ok. The location is great and because it is mainly back roads to Disney you can get there quite fast.

16th Birthday Trip

Overall the house was amazing and very clean. They do provide lots of towels and dinnerware. However they don't give you any dish soap, bathroom mats, trash bags(not even small starter packs), that you must bring. Despite little issues we called about and no one came to fix we were able to enjoy ourselves. There were 17 of us and at no time did we feel crammed together. Everyone was able to relax and enjoy the time. Oh the grill seen in the photos is not the grill they give you it's actually smaller so keep that in mind. My son had the best birthday trip and that's all that mattered. I do recommend this property!
