"This was a slightly different stay, as you check in like you would a hotel room, but very easy. We did not have a chance to use the amenities but there is a pool, restaurant, etc. The condo/unit was excellent, had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Great view of the water! Nice balcony. I would only recommend that they have more blankets and pillows available. Note that there are no spices, oil, etc in the kitchen so if you are planning to cook, bring those with you, but it was well stocked otherwise. Also, it is a long walk from the parking lot to the units but if you need it, they will have staff come with a golf cart to help. Unit did require stairs both to access and inside of the unit. Great stay!"

"What an excellent location! Right next to the beach, just down the staircase, and a short little walk to the Devils punchbowl. Also between Newport and Lincoln City. The caretaker was responsive and kind. Note staying here will involve stairs in the house and 97 stairs getting to the beach, and 97 back up. My mom counted lol"

"What a fantastic spot! We will DEFINITELY rent this place again. You are literally on the block before the parking lot. We geared up and walked to surf every day. The property was private and the dome was so cool. The kitchen is pretty basic but you can cook no problem. They're missing weird things like measuring cups and measuring spoons, but it wasn't a huge deal. Just bring what you need to cook your specific meals if you have certain kitchen utensils you like to use. The house gets HOT in the afternoon. It was mid 60s and really warm in there. But we opened windows and the deck door and it was fine. They provide multiple fans that move the air around nicely. Great bonus was a teeny view of the ocean from the deck AND the loft. Definitely loved our stay and can't wait to go back. "

"I booked a six person room with 4 confirmed occupants because I had 2 friends that were tentative. Without notice or renegotiating the agreement they changed it to a four person room. They would not acknowledge their unlawful discrepancy for several hours and multiple emails. My friends confirmed that they were going to be there, but after I informed them of the malfeasance of the lodge, they booked a different room. The motel eventually lived up to their end, but my friends had already booked another place. One star"
