“This property was nothing short of wonderful. My family and I were able to relax while enjoying the Vegas strip. The hotel had a delicious spot called the Delight and it was just that. Food was so good. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I loved the spa tub/ shower combo. For those who travel with someone who stinks up the bathroom, there’s a private toilet for them to do they business. Our floor was quiet and the elevator was always fast and available. “We own a short term rental ourselves and normally we are disappointed, but this property was perfect for us. Bed was comfy, centrally located, and had access to all the necessary amenities. Host responded quickly, property was clean...we loved it!”

“This is our third time staying at this property and we will definately come again. Thank you for sharing it with us. Everything is so close. We had a car but only took it out one time because my wife did not want to walk to the Sphere. The staff is great. It is fun to wake up and go to sleep looking at most of the Vegas Icons right outside of your window. The Sphere and newly remodeled Rio Lights were a fun addition this year. A must stay!”

“We looked at various properties (and stayed at another nice property the day before due to proximity of a concert @ TMobile Arena), but this one had everything. Location - easy (walkway) distance to Aria, Cosmopolitan & Bellagio; room/view: excellent! The views are simply incredible & the suite (should say proper 1 bedroom) was incredibly spacious with all the amenities of home (full size fridge) with full 5 star amenities (we ordered the breakfast in room - it was very good). “We come to vegas a few times a year. This time we decided to stay in a condo. It was so close to the strip but far enough away to be away from all the people. It was quiet and had all the extras a person would want. The furniture is very comfortable. The beds were very easy to sleep on. Id definitely recommend staying here!!”

“This place was beautiful just as the description stated. It was 6 of us sisters and we had plenty of space to move around. The house was in a perfect location and it was a simple check-in. The communication with the manager was excellent. I had to reach out to her and she replied within a timely manner. I would definitely be renting again.”
