“THIS IS NOT A LISTING FOR THE PALMS HOTEL AND CASINO! The address is actually for Palms Place, next door. This is a VRBO, not a hotel booking. That wasn't abundantly clear when I booked. The bad: I tried to check in to the front desk at the Palms. They couldnt find my reservation. Took the front desk person and I about 20 minutes to examine the minute difference in the addess.. “The room was fine. Some of the furniture shows signs of wear. Specifically the bench by the bed and the couch have quite a bit of stains. The view is pretty nice, no balcony though so keep that in mind. I like that the hotel is connected to the MGM. Access to the strip is really convenient. Communal bath products. The pull out bed is pretty thin but served its purpose. The main bed is comfy. I booked for NYE so on a week when Vegas prices are insane, this was a good value. I liked the free……
