"The staff that we encountered were great. Our room was not the best but we enjoyed our jacuzzi tub. The water park was not 100% funtional, which was a little disappointing since that's why we chose this location, and there was a BIG dead roach in the closet. Two days out of our stay it rained but the water park was open and on the day that is was sunny, some parts of the water park were closed. Throughout our stay we could not get the WiFi to work and the TV in our room was not a smart TV even though the controller had Netflix etc. buttons. That feature alone is a little out dated for our stay."

"The room smelled like someone died in the room and they used a strong disinfectant to cover the smell. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room walls and doors were dirty. Maintenance was poor. Staff was professional and proved great customer service. Great food trucks. "

"We stayed for one night only, and unfortunately the room was not in good condition. It felt very outdated, and the walls and door were visibly dirty. The bathroom was also outdated, and the bathtub looked unclean, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. The room clearly needs better maintenance and attention to cleanliness."
