“Everything was great. Lots of walk ability around hotel and things to do”

“Upon arriving the hotel looked immaculate. We booked our hotel 2 weeks in advance and paid for it same day. When we arrived to check in we were charged another 50 dollars for "ameneties" although my booking showed I paid the breakfast for 2 and amenities included so we were charged 50 dollars for what?! On Friday night I asked the clerk about the breakfast as my son and I love biscuits and gravy and in my experience at holiday inn their biscuits and gravy have never been anything but delicious……

“For a new property this one is already run down. The moment we walked through the door it felt a little dingy and had a smell. There was no restaurant or bar and the front area had soda but no water for sale. Our room was huge but the linens had a sour smell similar to dogs. The shower had mold. If it was for more than one night we would have moved. The surprise 10 parking fee was a nice touch considering all the surrounding properties have free parking.”

“Hotel was very clean and staff was lovely, but it was difficult to sleep. AC fan even on the 'always on' setting did not actually stay on and kicked off several times, and then all I could hear was people getting ice. Every time I adjusted the settings in any way it kept flashing WAIT on the screen for quite some time before it would finally kick on. The flashing green light on the smoke alarm was so bright I could literally see it THROUGH my eyelids in the dark. Felt like a camera flash kept……

“Hotel wasn’t even just ok. Staff didn’t know what to do or where they helpful at all. Pictures are really misleading. Check in process took forever. They broke our party up so one was on the 3rd floor and one on the first even they we could have been together if the owners blocked off rooms didn’t take priority over guests. They sent us to a dirty room as well when it said it was clean. Hot tube didn’t work in indoor pool area. Breakfast was cold. Overall awful experience.”

“This is an older motel. It’s a little bit rundown. All of my sheets and everything were clean all doors here Exit to the outside. There are no hallways. This place has seen better days. As far as this staff, they are super friendly and always helpful There is a really good Mexican restaurant tied to the motel is a plus”

“For the money, can’t beat it. Staff super nice. Bed slept well.”

“Clean and great for the price but no outdoor pool and the indoor pool is small”

“The rooms were dirty. They smelled like mold and mildew. I stated breakfast included but they did have milk for the cereal, the juice machine was out of order. The burritos were the 1.00 kind you microwave. They did have a waffle maker but at 730am it was out of mix. I would not recommend this location to anyone and I am surprised this location has the Wyndham name attached.”

“From check in to check out everything was great! Staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding! We stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels a lot and this was by far the BEST one we have experienced!”

“I do NOT recommend this hotel. This was the worst experience I've ever had in any hotel, and I stay in hotels at least once a year. I choose this hotel because it had breakfast and an outdoor pool. I required the handicap room for my mom because she needs the shower due to mobility issues. The room had a horrible smells that gave me a headache and smelled liked like old dirty diaper and vomit. I informed the front staff as soon as I got there but they did nothing. We spent one night in that……
