You have everything you would need to cook or just sit and have coffee from the Keurig coffee machine while looking at the mountains. In the loft bedroom there is a work desk with printer so you can stay connected and work in peace. Just off the loft bedroom is a full sized in-suite laundry that is free to use and includes laundry detergent.

The home also features recessed dimmable lighting, travertine floors in the kitchen, dining room and bath with carpet in the living area and bedroom. The expansive loft bedroom has two powerful HVAC systems to keep you cool. You also have a large walk-in closet with high quality linens and robes.

Great condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Robert’s condo. The location made it easy to walk to all of our favorite restaurants and activities in downtown Palm Springs. The condo was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable relaxing stay.

Quiet and spacious with a great little hot tub

Great spot within walking distance of downtown (less than 15 mins). Kitchen had everything we needed and having our own little hot tub was great.

Excellent vacation rental close to downtown

The one bedroom house is exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very helpful. We loved the quiet location which was walking distance (20 to 30 minutes) from downtown.

Lovely stay

Was in town for a conference and was glad to have this wonderful place to land each night. It is only a 4 minute walk to the convention center and was nice to be so close. I was staying by myself and felt very safe. The condo was well equipped and clean. Highly recommend.

Well appointed condo with great location

As stated in the title the condo was in a great location, close to downtown Palm Springs. It had very nice linens, towels and other soft goods. The kitchen was outfitted with anything one would want. It was dog friendly, and the neighborhood was very walkable and it was enjoyable to experience the movie colony area. The condo was just as described in the listing, the check-in and checkout process was seamless and communication about how to access the property etc. was also perfect. It was very clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location, perfect accommodation, perfect host!

The location was perfect...easy 15 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs and our favorite coffee shop and lunch restaurant. Perfect accomodation consisting of interior design & furniture worthy of a magazine cover. Lovely & comfortable bedroom after a long day of hiking in the mountains. Robert was the perfect host who was there to help us get settled and was there the morning after a wind storm blew over several items on our patio to sweep up and put everything "back to normal", Also, lovely linens and towels which were very much appreciated. Totally a "gem" in the desert. Thank you Robert!

I arrived at night in the dark and Robert was extremely helpful on the phone in helping me figure out accessing the unit. The TVs were a bit of a challenge but, when I needed assistance, help was ALWAYS on the way. Robert is patient and extremely attentive in making sure this guest figured everything out. Fell ill a few days after arriving, so I can say unequivocally the unit was comfortable and extremely convenient to stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend the unit. Robert is a stellar host!

Beautiful and convenient

Robert's condo was incredible. Close enough to downtown PS to get there easily, but super quiet and cozy. Perfect for solo or couple travelers. Very well appointed and looks just like the pictures. Robert is super responsive and was gracious with me, when I had to text him a couple times when I struggled with locking the gate (user error on my part). Definitely would stay there again. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, very fluffy and soft!

The perfect place for a small group!

It was a great and relaxing visit. The host was easy to communicate with! I’d give a 4.5 stars because the directions kept taking us to a different location and there weren’t enough towels but those are minor details. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Excellent Stay

We are so happy we found Robert’s condo. Secured parking was just steps from the front door (really nice when carrying in the groceries!). Fantastic location on the edge of the Movie Colony. Kitchen appliances were all first rate. We were there for a month and really came to appreciate the laundry facilities right in the unit. We had virtually no need to contact Robert but on the few occasions we did, he was really quick to respond.

The condo is beautiful with all the comforts of home and a very well stocked kitchen. The furniture was all very comfortable and the condo was beautifully decorated. This place saved me when I had issues in my own home nearby. Robert is a wonderful host. His place is safe, stocked, comfortable, clean, and convenient to everything! A wonderful location and wonderful accommodations!

My partner and I had a very comfortable stay in Robert’s place. We love the location, very close to downtown and very quiet with friendly neighbors. We had all the amenities we could think of for a great stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the TV was easy to use, the little pool/jacuzzi on the patio was perfect for hot days and cool nights. Wonderful

Perfect one bedroom that is within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Great hot tub and patio area. Well furnished and quiet location made for an ideal stay during my winter getaway.
