This is by far the worst hotel ever stayed at but since it was stagecoach we did. There was a damn potato in the room on the floor.... The sheets aren't changed or cleaned. Blood stains on the floor and side of the mattress. The shower had no water pressure and when turned out water sprays out the top so it literally soaks the bathroom. Bugs everywhere. Literally looks like the hotel room from Hangover 2 in Bangkok. The only positive is the story I tell people that I stayed at this dump for stagecoach.
DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked this place for a one night stay during stagecoach and left withing 3 minutes of being there. After walking into the main office, I knew there was going to be some problems, but then I walked drove back to where our room was and saw a crack head with no teeth pacing back and forth out of her mind on drugs. There were doors with holes in them, the place looked destroyed. When I pulled up in front of our room, the door next to ours was wide open and had no lights on, was very strange and sketchy. I had my girlfriend wait in the car and went to unlock our door, only to find that the door was already unlocked. I walked in and turned the lights on and looked around. This place was not at all like the photos. I walked out of the room within a minute of being there and someone had pulled behind me and blocked me in. This, someone, was making a drug deal with the guy that was living in the room with the wide open door next to ours. The Palm Shadow Inn is not safe and not as it looks in the photos. I immediately went to the front desk to explain what was happening and he kept saying it's okay, it's okay. Then he said that I cannot cancel, so I disputed with American Express.
Dirty,smelly,old
Room 102 broken TV only one channel plus air condition broken also and they still rent it! They changed our room to 105.burned furniture, old with broken parts! They tried charging $77 to my card when it was $60 total of $67 but i showed them the text from Expedia!
The sheets made me itch and they smelled like fish!
This place should not be an option. It smelled disgusting, it was extremely dirty, there were people getting "evicted" when we were checking in. There was two people doing what appeared to be a drug deal when we got back. Some people that seemingly lived in one of the rooms where fighting for hours. The TV was broken. The extra towel we asked for was dirty. All around gross.

Bathroom with mildews, smells terrible and beds smell terrible and pillows very very old
The room smelled. No fire alarm. Shower head broke. Hole in roof. Paint falling off the wall. Chewed sunflower seeds on floor. Ripped chair. Had to leave they charged us for night. Even though we didn’t stay.
The property was terrible and disgusting ans had bugs. The roof and walls had paint peeling and the room smelled really bad.
The hotel staff couldn’t speak English and couldn’t understand.

If we had any other option we would have moved immediately. Electrical fault in the outlets: the sparks were so severe that we had to unplug everything. My friends phone won't charge anymore after she tried to charge it in the room. They cut the third prong of the extension cord to fit it in the old outlet. We also lost a lot of our food because we had to unplug the refrigerator in order to prevent a fire. The ceiling paint was scattered in pieces all over the floor because of water damage: the all room is so musty we couldn't breathe by morning. Drug addicts walking the streets right outside the room. Wooden blinds broken so people walking in the yard see you no matter what. No extra blankets in the bedroom and the heater was so moldy we were afraid to use it. And to top it all, when addressing this concerns the owner was so abusive that just yelled at us to get the hell out. The health department should be notified. We were in room 110.
