Excellent location

House was very clean and great for our vacation. Simple walk to the beach and located in a nice spot between rosemary beach and Santa Rosa.

Annual Family Vacation

This house was the perfect place for our annual trip to 30a. It was very spacious and had every amenity you need! Only downside was the beach access was further than where we originally led to believe when booking.

Everything you need and more

This is an informative review so read for details - pool floats -5 beach chairs- lots of sand toys for kids- beach wagon- corn hole boards- STOCKED kitchen- pack.n.play- baby gate and SO MUCH more that is at the house for you already. The walk to the beach is super easy especially with kids! Didn't take long at all. If you have small kids there is an alarm at the door that goes to the pool so they will not be able to slip out without you knowing and that was such an amazing feature. The bedrooms are nice and there are plenty of towels stocked in each bathroom. We had such an amazing week with this house and will rent again in the future. No complaints from us at ALL!

Beautiful private property

Great time with three couples, beautiful property with well stocked kitchen, enough towels for everyone and seating. Pool was a little cold, but two grills and an outdoor fireplace. It’s set up really well for families or reunions!

Loved this place!

Spacious, clean, supplied well, kitchen was great and the outdoor space was such a nice retreat. Enjoyed the bikes and the walk to the beach was easy. I do suggest…if you want to spend a lot of time at the beach, that you use a chair/ umbrella rental. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet.

Great location and outdoor space!!

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again on our next visit to 30a. The house is nicely equipped and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space the most!

Family beach vacation

House was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, clean and spacious. Close to the beach with easy access to many restaurants. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay with easy access to the beach.

Great family vacation house!

Great house for our family vacation. 2 kids under 2 so the pool alarm gave us some comfort and piece of mind. After a few times it wasn’t difficult to remember to turn off when going outside. I do wish there would have been a way to turn off the alarm from the outside when going inside. The rooms were a great size and the house was very clean. Perfect size for our family (8 adults and 2 children). The house was exactly like the pictures and post describe. The private beach access was just a 3 minute walk from the house. The reviews which say it was longer must have not used the private beach access (There is a picture which shows where this private access is located). Great location right outside of Alys beach. Bike riding distance to Rosemary Beach.

Great place!

We enjoyed so much about this place and the trip. The proximity to the beach access was easy, and the pool made a relaxing end to the beach days. The beds were all very comfortable and linens complete. The girls loved having the loft and bunk beds, especially! The only negatives were the pool alarm and lack of a toaster, but we figured out ways around those. We would happily stay again.

A quiet and comfortable retreat

My family of four enjoyed this property immensely for distanced school and work. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 30A, the house is a short drive or bike between Seagrove and Alys/Rosemary Beaches. Beach access is <5 minute walk across 30A via a private easement. Compared to other beach homes, we really enjoyed this layout with a bedroom, salt water pool (we opted to heat it) and living area all on the main floor. Much less stair climbing - so easy. The home’s fixtures and furnishings are among the best we’ve found in rental properties, and it was very clean. The property management team was responsive as well.

Great Pet friendly home

Great stay for first time in Seacrest

House was perfect for our family of four and my in-laws. Modern, spacious, and with a great pool. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were all updated. Loved the TV outside by the grill. Enjoyed watching football while sitting in the pool. The only negative was the alarm that sounded every time you opened the door from the pool to the kitchen (this could be silenced by pushing a button on the wall when exiting the kitchen to the outside, but always went off when entering the kitchen from the outside). Beach access was also not across the street as I thought. That being said, I would definitely return to this property. It was fantastic. I was also extremely happy with the correspondence and communication from 30A Escapes, the property management team.

Beautiful house in a perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was very well laid out for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. All the furnishings in the house were well taken care of and it was beautifully decorated. We especially loved how large and well stocked the kitchen was. The pool and back yard were phenomenal. The area was so beautiful, well kept, and very clean. The location of this property is amazing too, especially if you're looking for a more private vacation. It's a very short walk to a more private beach area and we had a large space to ourselves on the beach each day. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing Spring Break

This beautiful home looks like it is out of a magazine! We had two families staying here and more than enough space. We had everything we needed to cook, make drinks, etc., and we were a few blocks from the beach. We will be back!!!

30A Getaway

This property fit our needs perfectly. Mylan was great to work with and made the process very easy. We enjoyed the backyard and pool which provided privacy and great entertainment space. We did use the heated pool option and that made a big differance since the weather was on the cooler side. The beach is right down the street (4 minute walk right across 30A) This home is situated about a 20-25 minute walk to Rosemary Beach so walking or riding bikes is very duable to enjoy all the area has to offer. Bikes are provided as are beach chairs etc. If you are looking to get out of the hussel and bustle of some of the surrounding areas this is your home. The home was clean and decorated very nicely and had everything you needed to call this home for the time you are there!

Great home for family

Overall excellent. Walk to beach longer than advertised——about 10 minutes. Pool and outdoor fireplace awesome. Alarm on door to pool drove us crazy.

Such an amazing home and outdoor space

Easy bike ride to beach shopping and eating spots. Larger and more private pool than directly in rosemary beach. House has awesome amenities and decor— our most favorite beach spot yet!
