“Al llegar, la reserva no estaba realizada, pese a que se canceló con tarjeta nos tocó pagar en efectivo nuevamente. Ofrecen desayuno incluido en la aplicación y al llegar a restaurante nos indicaron que debíamos pagar el desayuno. Pésima organización de parte del gerente o propietario. Al final del día nos dijeron que ese no era el establecimiento que reservamos, que justo tenia su nombre, su foto y su ubicación pero que no eran ellos. Nada recomendable, ni por el bajo costo.”

“We have stayed here several times before and always had a great experience. Upon arrival, they tried to say the room wasn’t available. They tried to charge us more than we paid for a room with less amenities. It wasn’t until we showed the room was booked and paid for did they say it was available. The property is a great location close to the airport for anyone who wants to relax for the day. Although we stayed In a “premium” suite the space wasn’t as clean as the one we often stay. The toilet flushing knob should not be located under a stone shelf. There should be a window to the outside, not to the room itself. It would also help if the restaurant tab could be part of the checkout.”

“Our first night was a bit rocky — our room was in the Historic area of the hotel, close to the road, and we could hear a neighboring dog barking. The next morning at breakfast, we only saw coffee, toast, cereal, and fruit, so we thought that was all that was available. After we started eating, a staff member arrived and took our order — and we ended up having a delicious hot breakfast. We really enjoyed exploring the beautiful property.
