"This unit has a great downtown location if you're looking to be in the heart of the action—but be aware that weekend noise is intense, with partying well into the night. Light sleepers, bring earplugs.The condition of the unit leaves a lot to be desired. The main door has a visible gap at the top, which not only lets in outdoor light but raises security and comfort concerns.
