The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. It’s a very convenient location. Upon checking in the wait times were long. Only one person at desk with multiple people waiting most of the time. In which I had to wait multiple times because the card for the room deactivates itself constantly. Morning, night, afternoon the room key did not work. It’s needed for the elevator to go up so usually I knew it didn’t work before getting to my room. Very inconvenient. My safe didn’t work. The fridge did not cool. The tv had very few channels. Did not have a do not disturb sign for my door. Coffee maker with no coffee, cups, or anything. I guess it’s decoration. Showers were horrible. The water is at the temperature you set it at then is scorching hot, freezing cold, then normal and pattern repeats. It’s kind of funny now since my kids made a game out of it. The pool was supposed to be open the 17th then it was pushed to the 25th. The side doors in the lobby never worked. Staff was polite on every encounter I had. I really like the location but probably would not stay here again.
