Water running all the time in the toilet. They went to check the problem every day but it couldn’t be solved

Everything super clean. Staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel

Host left me high and dry. Thankfully I arrived to Monterrey early and had time to figure something out. DO NOT BOOK. When the host finally contacted me he told me he was not even aware he had a booking.

Need to change hotel policy on receiving phone calls to your room.... a family member have wanted to talk to me and a staff employee did not connected her to my room because it was already to late because of security. That rule need to change.

The hardest bed I have ever slept on, pillows were so high my neck still hurts, in a city where the water is not safe to drink a bottle water in the room would be nice even if I had to pay for it
Overall Monterrey, MX exceeded my expectations in all regards. There was more to do thab we had time. Definitely going back
