“This stay was such a cool experience! Dina, the owner, curated such a unique, beautiful, and intimate wine tasting experience. Dina and Jeff were very kind and accomodating. If you go in the winter, keep in mind it will be chilly, but they provided us with wool blankets to help keep warm! Overall, definitely recommend this stay/experience.”

“Our stay at the Phoenix Rising Villa was absolutely perfect. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful views, exactly the quiet getaway we were hoping for. The villa was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. We loved waking up to the calm Paso Robles mornings, enjoying wine nearby, and coming back to such a relaxing space. The hosts were kind, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The sunsets & sunrises are absolutely breathtaking! If you’re visiting Paso……
