"The internet is cut during the midnight, it hampered my work"

"All Moonstone Beach properties have easy beach walk access and this is no exception. The room was clean and except for an odd step up on the threshold, perfectly nice. Most folks were enjoying the clear coastal weather and the big annual Christmas Fair at Cambria Pines and there were shuttles available right outside for that purpose. "

"The staff was lovely, the room was perfect for us. The grounds were beautiful. Room service was fantastic. The cheesecake and triple layer chocolate cake were absolutely delicious. "

"Arrived and was told that all they had available for Expedia guest was a room for disabled guest. I said we requested a room with two queen beds and that is what I paid for. Ryan said we had to pay $40 each night for an upgrade to the room I originally booked. Then we requested our room cleaned and had to tell front desk it was not. The person at the front desk said cleaning staff was gone but he could take out the trash and get us clean towels but did not know how to make up beds. I requested a flat pillow and they only had one size. I went to TJ Max and purchased new pillow. At check out I wanted a receipt to see the additional charged because of my room assignment. They threw the blame game at Expedia. I don’t understand the whole mix up if my confirmation had the correct information. I just felt very upset and disappointed. Expedia is welcome to reach out to me at my information."
