“This is a brand new property that was in a central location for our baseball tournament. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It was a great bonus to have a full-sized fridge to use for our time there. There were some things I didn't realize before going on that I think are important to note that impacted our stay and might impact others. As we have never stayed at this brand of properties before, we thought that getting an extended stay room with a kitchenette……

“They never clean the air conditioner. When I turned on the heating, the dust inside was scorched by the heating wire. There was a strong burning smell. I didn't dare to turn on the heating. I was afraid it would catch fire.”
