Cute Cottage Feel
"Although this location is right on Orangeburg Ave, we enjoyed our stay. It was close to McHenry where you had access to lots of restaurants. The duplex was clean and spacious especially the master bedroom. We felt safe and would stay here again."

We tried to support the local businesses but there isn’t much family owned. Mostly cheap chain stores and restaurants. They need more local organic food and store options.

Not a good experience for my first time to Modesto. The hotel wouldn't accept my form of payment after making all those arrangements and upgrades. Had to go to another hotel late in the evening. Very inconvenient.
