"Overall not a bad stay, but there are some really simple things that could have made it so much better. Comfortable room and beds, room was clean and good amenities. The lobby and elevator were dirty, the elevator felt like it needed to be serviced. Jerked to a start and the door struggled to close. The outside had liter everywhere. I feel like we paid a lot for where we stayed. It was pet friendly which we appreciated."

"I would have given it Five Stars except for the Auto blinds that are a design defect of the Hilton Hotel Group. I was injured by the blinds and was given a comped stay for my injuries. It was not due to any fault of the staff and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very well received. They insisted I go to the emergency room and they would pay for it. It was a beautiful room and we expect to stay there again. I could not have asked for a better stay (except for my accident)...

"The room was dirty, used q-tip on floor, toliet not cleaned. Property looked like a homeless camp, trash all over, broken furniture. IF not for the fact that it was 2am I would have left. At lease the sheets on the bed were clean, could smell the bleac."
