Excellent, quiet location. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was in order for guests. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts I've had and had a nice variety. I would return.

There was no hot water the night we checked in. Also, there was not enough water pressure to run the cold shower. There was also only one person working which made check in very long. The staff (1) that was there was very helpful and good to work with, but she was stretched over numerous responsibilities Breakfast was good and tasty. Based on recent stay, we would be hard pressed to stay there the next time in Pella. Great location for golfing and getting around town.

Beautiful setting. Room was clean, breakfast was satisfactory. Disappointed that the extra room I booked with 2 queen bed , I was given a King bed instead, thus my 2 grandsons could not stay with us. Found this out later in evening, after our event . I was not offered any compensation for hotel's error. Water pressure on Saturday morning was almost nil on Saturday morning.

The room was perfect for our weekend spent visiting family. We had a two room suite and appreciated the extra space. A storm went through the area and lots of people lost power but the hotel didn’t which we were grateful for. It was a hot weekend.

Just finished a stay at the hotel. Staff at check in were fine and property was clean. Issue was that there was no hot water for a shower. During checkout, I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk who was very apologetic which was appreciated, but it was also apparent that this was a known and ongoing problem. She told me that they had the water heaters replaced and that she would call the plumber again. If staff is aware of this, the owner or property manager should elevate this and resolve it immediately. I paid a premium price to stay at this hotel and if this would have been known, would have stayed closer and in a hotel half the price to get a hot shower. Just feel that I and other guests deserve to know this before you book.

Stayed 1 night with a friend to see what Pella had to offer. The location was good though out of the downtown area. Since it was the week leading up to tulip fest we were looking for affordable. No complaints. The property was as expected—comfortable. Liked the layout of the room. I can recommend the hotel.
